Awful Service for people who wants DIFFERENT style!

My hair is black... I wanted it blonde-style like Beyonce has sometimes, or how Lucy Liu had her blonde streaks. THAT is what I requested from the lady who attempted to work on my hair. She didnt understand what I wanted so I look through one of their hair magazines and point at a lady in the magazine with dark blonde hair (I wanted something totally different)... like how celebrities with black hair go totally different go dark blonde, its cute! Anyway, when I showed her the picture, she looks at me like I am crazy and tells me I should go with warm or cool colors. I tell her no I want this color in the magazine, she puts the book down and tells me that my hair is too nice to have a color like that and goes on about how I should color it, I cut her off and say, alot of brunettes go for this style I want that color, she looks at me like Im crazy AGAIN, and tells me that I should go for more of a warmer look, I then get frustrated because she doesnt understand what I want, I dont care if she thinks that it wont match me, its what I WANT! So I walk out. I call the manager later and the manager says we had a language barrier (I dont think so) I speak fluent english, I specifically stated what i want yet she gives me a crazy look like I cant have that color! The manager says she is a good hairstylist. Thats it, there was nothing more the manager would do, she wouldnt apologize to a CUSTOMER and say sorry it happened, she didnt even mention she would talk to her about giving me a crazy look! Ladies, if you want a new look that's in style, regardless how BLACK your hair is, do NOT go this salon!
