When I began to plan my move from AK to NC I had Martin Kukowski (the owner) come out to the house to give me a quote. When he was there I asked him what he would do if one of their movers damaged a wall or something while moving my furniture out. I could tell he didn't like the question. After 2 weeks of not hearing back from Martin I called him to ask if he was going to give me a quote. He told me that he was not interested in the move anymore. If I was considering them to move my stuff I would ask a lot of questions and if he doesn't like it I would move on to someone else. I found plenty of companies who without hesitation said that they would immediately repair any damage to the house. That was the simple answer I was looking for. Sketchy...
